The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, even going the extra mile to apologize for any mishaps during the stay. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and offered great access to the metro, although I wish the location was a bit more central. Overall, it was a good deal for the price, despite the rooms being smaller than expected based on the pictures.
